Other Activities Section: There are loads of opportunities to try your hand at watersports, including jet-skiing, kiteboarding, waterskiing, sea kayaking, windsurfing and sailing. Back on land alternative modes of transport include 4WD's or quad bikes. The friendly staff at the Backpackers Information Centre can help you arrange any of these.
Diving Section: Lotus Diving - This terrific dive centre has world class instructors and owns two beautiful boats (that's two more vessels than most of the other operations on Koh Phangan). Two and three dive adventures run run between 2300B-3500B. The Open Water Course will set you back 11,000B, but includes hugh lunches between dives and a free DVD of your experience (or a 20 minute wakeboarding session should you not want a DVD). Trips can be booked at Backpackers Information Centre.

Hi!
This message is way overdue - 9 months overdue in fact! I just wanted to thank Bambi for sorting out my PADI diving course with Lotus. Three of the best days of my life, and it's meant i've been able to dive all over the world. Everything was sorted out really quickly and efficiently, and I'd reccommend everyone to go in to the shop if you want any advice or info on ANYTHING.

I have never ever, ever been treated with the same service of that of which these people provided me. They dont just go the extra mile they go the extra hundred miles!!! it's frida here-one of the 3 swedish girls who bought a 5days divingtour(liveaboard) to the similan islands of you in march this year (we visit the khao sok national park the days just before the diving). we just want to thank you for an unforgetable experience with many nice memories! the national park was amazing with the beatifull lake and large cave (took a one day tour). the divetour was outstanding ... just like you said ... good food, nice staff, 4 mantarays in one day!
