Koh Phangan Activities - Fitness Gym

The Jungle Gym has full range of work out equipment, fitness programs, yoga and provides personal fitness training. For the fitness junkie they have treadmills, training bikes, steppers, cross-trainers and rowers. Jungle Gym has been teaching and training Thai boxing on Koh Phangan for many years. If you want a work out after all those buckets and lazing around on those gorgeous beaches then head to one of the two gyms in Thongsala or Haad Rin.

Here you can lift weights and even give a hand to the art of jujitsu. Yoga and belly dancer workshops are also available at this full service fitness centre.  It also has two fully equipped gyms, a juice bar and health café. For those of you wanting to sweat out ‘the buckets’ they also have a herbal steam room!  For the organic food addict the gym has a variety of delicious food! The gym is located within easy access of the boats arriving at the port of Haad-rin.
