Koh Phangan Activities - Yoga Meditation

With accommodations in a traditional hut/bungalow style with lovely chill out areas and amazing healthy eating menus it’s a place of true tranquility. Sun, sea and magic in tropical Thailand!

This retreat offers 9 bungalows with spectacular ocean views with 9 individual bungalows which sleep 2 people very comfortably. Each bungalow has its own bathroom with western style sink, toilet and shower. The colorful rooms are equipped with either 2 beds or a king size bed, plenty of closet space, a large mirror and a nightstand.  If you are a single person booking then you will room share with another person.

Vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feeling that the 13 x 13 foot room provides. Natural materials like thatched bamboo and wood blend in perfectly with the sweetness of the tropical environment. Windows on each side flood the space with light and allow natural air flow. A ceiling fan also helps to move the air. To assure your comfort windows and doors are screened.

Qualified in many disciplines a small team of Holistic Health Professionals offers guidance in nutrition and lifestyle such as stress release, specialty diets, cleanses, fasts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, weight loss, Qi-Gong and Yoga in addition to therapies such as Traditional Thai Massage and Healing, Ayurvedic Oil Massage, Sacred Breath, Reiki and others.

A typical Yoga and Meditation Course consists of 1, 3 or 7 days (or up to a month if needed!) and includes one extra session per day of remedies, facials, healing or massage.

Fasting and cleansing programs, colonics, healings, psychic readings and counselling are also available and normally a free taxi pick-up is provided!

The Life Flow Course is learning how to relax into the Flow. In the past ten years Norman and Mohini have helped many people to come to greater peace with the flow of their personal life. In everyday reality this can express itself in noticeable changes such as fulfilling a childhood dream, finding your life's mate, finding your true vocation or moving from success to higher purpose or it can simply mean the end of struggling on all levels of existence.

Course Details

• The Life Flow Course is a “live” one-month course. Upon approval of your application, you may join any time. The course is limited to 4 persons at any one time.
• Upon arrival you will be welcomed into the team that runs the center. From that moment on we will work together, eat together and experience life together.
• Share our mutual experiences in individual and group gatherings.
• The tone of those gatherings is accepting, kind and loving. We have created an emotionally safe environment that allows you to put down the masks and be who you are.
• Custom tailored exercises will be assigned to you that will catalyze your transformational process.

Course :  The course is open to 4 people per month.
Fees include:
  • Accommodation in shared bedroom with a common bathroom.
  • Three meals daily, and coffee/tea in the morning.
  • Yoga, Meditation, Moving Meditation, Mantra Chanting and Kirtan.
