Option 1: 

If you pre-book any PADI course online at www.backpackersthailand.com you will recieve  FREE TRANSPORTATION to and from our main Lotus office in the North of the island from Haadrin or any other resorts on the west coast of our 30Km long island, for each day of your course!  This is a massive saving as island transport on Koh Phangan is not cheap and most dive schools on the island do not do any pickup's up and down the island!

Lotus Diving is one of Koh Phangan's largest and premier PADI Dive Resorts with both a large fully equipped dive boat and a speed boat, its own private pier, tank compressor, well maintained equipment, one of the biggest dive resorts on the island with air conditioned classrooms, training pool and onsite restaurant located in Chaloklum.

Lotus Dive's Haadrin office is inside Backpackers Information Centre, Haadrin and we organise free pickups from Lotus Haadrin Office up to our main resort in Aow Chaloklum where all our main facilities are located.

Our trips are first class and include professional PADI training Instructors, excellent well maintained equipment, restaurant, swimming pool for training, very small group sizes of four persons per group and we have a 100% safety record!

Our classrooms are equipped with Air Con & DVD for your viewing pleasure. Make a smooth transition from the classroom to our onsite training pool. All course materials are provided and our open water courses can be completed in three days thanks to our very small group sizes!

Diving in Koh Phangan is excellent! There are less divers than in Koh Tao plus we have a untouched coral reef in the North of the island which is perfect for the introduction dives for the Open Water Course.  For Advanced divers we are operating virtually daily trips to Sail Rock (which is currently the leading dive site for whaleshark sightings in S-E Asia!) plus we do day tours that can be combined as part of the dive courses to the premier sites in the Gulf including Sail Rock, Chumpon Pinnacles and South West Pinnacles.  We also do trips to Koh Tao and the National Marine Park!

Diving from Koh Phangan will give you the best chance to see Whale Sharks as they feed around the three deep pinnacles mentioned above and as we dive these sites every day or so, you have a much better chance to catch a visit by a Whaleshark.

On all our dive tours we include a Thai buffet lunch with both vegetarian and meat dishes on the boat and if its a three dive trip then we include a free breakfast snack and afternoon snack too!!! There is also free tea, coffee, snacks and water on all dive trips plus a shower on our big boat so that you can wash off the seawater!

Lotus Dive Resort offers instruction in most of the PADI recognized courses, giving you assurance in our skills and peace of mind.

We concentrate on you as an individual diver. We do not exceed more than 4 people per group which means that you get the best possible training as a slower pace with a much more personal experience.

PADI Courses are offered in a variety of languages including Thai, English, Francaise, Espanol, Deutsch, and Hebrew. But we are often taking on new instructors so please email if you have any specific language requirements!
