The cheapest way to get to Khao Sok is by taking a bus with 465 Surat Thani Phuket Transport or Phuket Bus and Van Travel. There are many points of departure: Phuket Bus Terminal 2, Ban Tha Ruea Phuket, Phuket Airport Intersection, Phuket Sanooker Bus Terminal 1m or Samyak Phuket Airport.
